was placed on the internet in the weeks leading up to property settlement.

our Kensington property. We have changed Real Estates several times,
due to dissatisfaction and continued problems and finally found

Simone Bullen Real Estate – A landlord’s
view
I’d like to pass on my experiences at having
Simone Bullen managing our rental properties. She has amazed me
in so many ways. My experience with other agents, generally big
name, is that you get better service from the accounts person than
the person supposedly caring for your property and interest. Enough
about other agents or this will go on for pages of negativity when
I’d rather talk about Simone.
I currently live in Japan so I really need a managing
agent, in fact I’d say I need a better than usual agent since
I can’t just pop around and check up on things. Simone has
been my eyes and ears in Melbourne to the extent that I can sleep
safe in the knowledge that Simone is truly doing her job and then
some. Simone has always responded to my communication quickly and
it’s done in a professional yet more importantly a friendly
manner. I assume that she treats everyone the same way since our
tenants love her too. She takes the time to do the little extra
stuff such as helping tenants in personal matters beyond the scope
of her duty but not her care. I have asked her questions and for
advice on various aspects of property ownership, building, etc that
I know other agents would’ve simply not tried to help on.
In fact I know that I wouldn’t have asked other agents since
you soon get a feel for whether people you’re dealing with
can be bothered.
I have only felt confident about an agent
once before and that person is now working at Simone Bullen Real
Estate, it doesn’t get any better than that. Our tenants feel
secure dealing with Simone and she is becoming a friend to our family.
When last in Oz we treated Simone and Maree to lunch, I feel that
they are part of my family’s professional team assisting in
real estate investment and wealth creation. Anyway if you’re

I would like to strongly recommend Simone
should you be requiring the services of a truly dedicated Property
Manager. In my 11 years in the real estate industry Simone would
easily be the most professional and helpful manager I have come
across.
Simone managed to lease my three level,
fully furnished townhouse in Richmond for the full asking price.
Most managers in the area werent interested in leasing it on a fully
furnished basis as it was all too"hard" for them, they
said their would be little demand and would only achieve circa $500
per week. Simone secured a tenant wanting 6 months for $595 per
week!!. Since then we decided to lease it unfurnished, within 2
weeks Simone had it leased again at full asking price on a 12 month
lease. I have recommended her to several clients, the feedback from
them has also been very positive.
A question you need to ask is whether you
want your property handled by most likely a young inexperienced
agent who has 300 properties to manage on a salary basis or someone
who owns her own business and thrives on referals. Another query
you may have is do I need an agent based in the same suburb? As
evidenced by my property and dozens others leased around Melbourne
by Simone, due to current technology in particular the internet,
this is not an issue as long as you’ve got a manager willing
to put in the hard yards as Simone is. Well done Simone!!
